"Got builders risk insurance with State Farm and my 3rd monthly payment was almost double from my initial payment. I called State Farm to verify my payment amount and State Farm stated their discount had ended because I cancelled my auto insurance. I DID NOT have auto insurance with State Farm to begin with. Lol I paid the double amount of my initial payment and ended my policy with State Farm."

"I had a bad experience with state farm insurance, I do not recommend it. I had an accident with my car, I called and spoke with Jasmin here at the Rogers Center and she put me in touch with the claims center to file the claim. They were pressuring me to use collision workshops from them. I presented State Farm with 2 estimate’s and they did not accept them because they were overpriced and they told me that if I took it to the Gerber, one of their workshops, State Farm would fix it and if there were ANY OTHER damages they would cover everything. I took it but I was very disappointed because at the time when I went to get my car, they only fixed one part and the other damages were NOT FIXED. I talked to Gerber and Jasmin they told me that the Insurance did not cover all the damages and they wanted me to make ANOTHER CLAIM so that I could pay another $1,000 dollars of deductible. I had already paid them $1,000 as a deductible. Another important thing that I noticed was that Gerber, their adjuster named César Ami, gave me a higher estimate. When I called State Farm to show the estimate that Gerber gave me, State Farm said that Gerber gave them a cheaper estimate. I took the evidence to the office and noticed that they agreed to save the insurance company They don't care that the client is unhappy."
